Our Completed TÜBİTAK Projects

Project Number: 7081168

Project Name: Development of a Data Capture and Automation System
Project Duration: 01.10.2008 - 31.12.2009
Project Summary:
This system was developed to prevent unnecessary industrial purchases and enhance the performance of existing machinery and equipment. It enables real-time monitoring of planned and unplanned downtimes, optical and acoustic alerts, automated email and SMS notifications, and periodic sharing of production reports. The designed OEE panels provide real-time performance data in the production environment, allowing operators and managers to take quick action.

Additionally, the system features performance analysis based on shifts, work orders, and machines, Gantt chart visualization for workstation load management, automated personnel attendance tracking, and full integration with SAP and ERP systems via the OPC protocol. This enables businesses to determine the need for new equipment investments and optimize production planning for maximum efficiency.

Project Number: 7120686
Project Name: Web-Based Temperature Control and Transfer Center Automation
Project Duration: 01.08.2012 - 01.08.2013
Project Summary:
In the logistics sector, ensuring the continuous and secure monitoring of the cold chain is critical for maintaining the quality of food and pharmaceutical products. Perishable food items stored at cold (+2/4°C) and frozen (-21/-18°C) temperatures, as well as medical products, must be kept and transported under optimal conditions throughout their lifecycle. Temperature fluctuations can lead to contamination by harmful bacteria and mold, posing risks to public health and causing significant economic losses.

The developed temperature control system monitors every stage of the cold chain, minimizing risks and reducing the workload of employees, thereby enabling more efficient management of production, quality control, shipping, and sales processes. By eliminating unnecessary costs in refrigerated storage and transportation, the system ensures a more sustainable supply chain. This is particularly crucial for pharmaceuticals, where precise temperature control is vital. The system provides customized solutions tailored to both manufacturers and products, addressing the specific needs of the industry.

Project Number: 7161190
Project Name: Design, Prototype Production, and Performance Testing of Next-Generation Operator Panel
Project Duration: 01.07.2017 - 30.07.2018
Project Summary:
The next-generation operator panel developed in this project addresses the shortcomings of existing panels, offering a more powerful, integrated, and technologically advanced solution. By integrating all input, output, communication, and power units onto a single board, the system eliminates the need for additional hardware.

This panel facilitates data input/output, control, and data collection processes and can function as a PLC in specific applications while supporting flexible communication through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Designed with IP65 protection, the panel ensures maximum reliability against harsh industrial conditions.

Project Number: 3221240
Project Name: Digitalization and Communication of Legacy Equipment in Production Lines Using Embedded Systems
Project Duration: 01.03.2023 - 01.03.2024
Project Summary:
The widespread use of legacy equipment and handheld tools in modern production environments creates challenges in data tracking, disrupts quality processes, and prevents seamless integration with higher-level software systems. These issues pose significant risks to efficiency and quality, particularly in critical manufacturing processes.

Through this project, electromechanical and non-smart equipment is upgraded to be compatible with Industry 4.0, enabling full integration with upper-level software systems such as MES and ERP. This transformation allows for higher efficiency, real-time monitoring, and sustainable quality management in production processes.

Our Ongoing TÜBİTAK Projects
Project Number: 3230701
Project Name: Development of a Data Collection and Transmission System for Displaying Data from Industrial Communication Protocol-Based Machines in the Cloud via Wireless Communication
Project Duration: 01.12.2023 - 30.11.2025
Project Summary:
Developed to ensure seamless data transmission in production environments, enhance traceability, and eliminate cable and labor costs, this system provides smart Industry 4.0-compliant data monitoring solutions. It is designed to be compatible with various machine brands and models, eliminating the need for separate products and services for each piece of equipment, thus reducing operational costs for businesses.

The system minimizes production disruptions during the implementation of new processes, increasing efficiency while also logging risky processes. It automatically sends alerts to authorized personnel when predefined threshold values are exceeded, enabling rapid intervention. With its flexible and easy-to-implement design, the system accelerates user adaptation and facilitates intelligent data management in production facilities.
