The Awareness That Human Resources Are Its Most Valuable Asset

Our company recognizes that its most important resource is its human capital. All employees are evaluated based on the principle of equality, without discrimination on the basis of language, religion, race, gender, ethnicity, or cultural background.

The Human Resources Department implements a fair policy that allows employees to showcase their potential, enabling them to contribute both to the future of the company and to their own professional growth. It aims to foster a happy, productive, successful, and healthy workforce where employees are valued, demonstrate high performance, focus on development, and exhibit strong and effective leadership in all areas, supported by a strong corporate culture and loyalty.

In alignment with these goals, the department adopts and develops fair, transparent, and integrated practices designed to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This approach accelerates the journey toward becoming an employer of choice and one of the best workplaces.

Human Resources embraces a strategic business partner management model, working collaboratively with all departments. It consistently analyzes company and employee needs, creates value, and rapidly adapts to changing conditions.

Talent Acquisition Process

trex leverages all recruitment tools effectively to place the most qualified and competent candidates in available positions, in line with its vision, mission, and values. One of the primary recruitment channels is trex's official website, which features a dedicated section for job postings and applications.

The recruitment process includes competency-based interviews, potential analysis, technical interviews, aptitude tests, and, for specific roles, foreign language assessments.

Through its "Intern Development Program," trex aims to contribute to the personal and professional development of vocational high school and university students. This initiative is also viewed as part of trex's commitment to social responsibility.

Orientation Process

As part of the onboarding process for new employees, an orientation program is implemented. This program aims to familiarize new hires with company policies, organizational structure, production/service processes, social rights and responsibilities, working conditions, and occupational safety. Additionally, the program incorporates social activities to ease employees' adaptation to their new roles and the company environment.

The orientation includes comprehensive information about MES4's history, quality approach, brands, operational areas, workplace rules, and social benefits provided to employees.
