In our recruitment process, competency-based interviews, potential analysis, technical interviews, aptitude tests, and, for some positions, foreign language exams are conducted.

Trex aims to contribute to the personal and professional development of vocational high school and university interns through its "Intern Development Program." The intern recruitment process is also regarded by Trex as an approach to social responsibility.

Orientation Process

As part of the onboarding program for new hires, an orientation program is implemented. The objectives of the orientation training are to provide new employees with information about company policies, organizational structure, production/service topics and processes, social rights and responsibilities, working conditions, and occupational safety. Additionally, through social activities, the program aims to facilitate the employee's adaptation to the job and the company.

The orientation also includes general information about Mert Software's history, quality approach, brands, areas of operation, workplace rules, and social benefits offered.
