Applied Project:

Our data collection project started in July 2008. Detailed analysis of nearly 190 workstations was done in the machine park which data will be collected. HES CABLE is using an ERp which was developed by the software company LOGO. LOGO ERP integration has been completed at the end of May 2009. With this integration, real time production planning is done with opening work orders in ERP using TREX DCAS GANTT diagram. With the help of electronic data collected from workstations, production can be monitored in real time. Staff and machine productivity analysis are made with actual data.

Detailed production, productivity, capacity utilization reports (OEE, TEEP analysis application) is provided. Causes of instant postures of workbenches are questioned and the necessary improvements have been started using OEE analysis. Production work orders taken from MRP in real time, has been implemented on all workstations affiliated with Trex DCAS without using a printer output. A rapidly increasing production efficiency, actual raw material usage and the resulting reduction in costs became visible. With barcode printers installed on PLC of each workstation, barcode labels printed and sticked to the raw materials and final products.
